Refund Policy

How refunds are handled for optional paid digital products from WorldCupDex.

1. Free Features

Most WorldCupDex features are free to use. Since no payment is collected for free access, there is no refund needed for free features.

2. Digital Product Refund Window

For optional paid digital products, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if the product was not delivered, does not work as described, was purchased by mistake, or a duplicate charge occurred.

Because digital products can be accessed immediately, refund eligibility may be limited after the product has been substantially used, downloaded or customized, except where required by law.

3. How To Request A Refund

Email [email protected] with your order email, Paddle transaction ID if available, purchase date and a short description of the issue.

We aim to review refund requests within five business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method through Paddle or the applicable payment processor.

4. Billing Errors And Chargebacks

If you believe a payment was unauthorized, duplicated or incorrect, contact us first so we can investigate quickly with Paddle. This does not limit any statutory rights you may have with your bank or card provider.

5. Your Rights

This policy does not override mandatory consumer protection rights that apply in your country or region. If local law provides a longer refund or withdrawal right, we will honor that requirement.
